1/16" Eyelets Short 1/16" eyelets in 3 colors! These solid brass eyelets are so tiny and useful! The long ones are great for shrink plastic, leather, or for stacks of paper. The short ones are for paper and cardstock (perfect for card making, models and doll making). The beauty of these is that they are so tiny! Use them as eyes on funky dolls, or make your shrink plastic and paper dolls articulated at the arms, legs and neck. Great for scale ship and plane models! They can be patinated or soldered. They make easy tube rivets for your metalsmithing projects too! They fit into a 1/16" hole. Short nickel-plated

![]() Long Brass 1/16" Eyelets
Any "garage" hammer will work, but my favorite is our Brass Mallet. A hammer made from steel is very hard and will mushroom the top of your eyelet setter very quickly. A brass mallet is softer, and therefore has more "give."

| 3/16" Eyelets
(~75/pkg.) These larger diameter eyelets are great for larger holes. You can fit a round key ring through one (what a great book binding), and larger fibers can be threaded through them. Use with our 3/16" Better Eyelet Tool. Solid brass so they can be patinated or soldered. They take a 3/16" hole. Eyelets are ~.10"/2.6mm under the flange and they are .183"/4.6mm OD. $5.00 / ~ 75 See the chart for eyelet size information. |

Better
Eyelet Tool
in 2 sizes!
See the nubby at the end? It goes down into the hole in an eyelet and makes all the difference in the world. No more oddly shaped or split eyelets! Use with your hammer. The Better Eyelet Tool now comes in the good old 1/8" size and in the larger 3/16" size. Both sizes have the nubby and work wonderfully!

Don't miss our My favorite surface for installing eyelets is a cutting mat. It has a little give so that it doesn't flatten out the eyelet but is strong enough to take the abuse. -- Christine Cox |

All eyelets were measured with a caliper. Slight allowances should be made for differences in plating thickness. We cannot be responsible for eyelets ordered incorrectly. |

Simple eyelet-setting instructionsDrill a hole in your material (here I've used a Japanese Screw Punch) Put the eyelet through the hole Turn the material over and place it on a cutting mat or similar material Insert the eyelet tool into the back of the eyelet. Tap, tap, tap the tool gently with a hammer until the eyelet flares out Keep tapping until the eyelet's back looks very similar to its front Remove the tool and gently give the back of the eyelet a tap or two with the hammer to completely crimp it down over the material |
Brads |

|
These
simple-to-use brads come in great colors and have a million uses! Use
them in your wedding invitations, on cards, in artist's books and in scrapbooking. Simply poke a small hole into your paper or cardstock,
send
the brad through and then bend the legs back. They're great for the
center of a paper clock and can even be used around the office. 100 / $3.75
