This sample was made from a natural tan Large Leather Journal kit and then painted with Radiant Pearls paints and then dyed blue.

• Leather (grooved and edged)
• Leather Spine
• Waxed Linen
• Buffing Canvas
• Hole Punching Jig
• 70 lb. Text Paper
• Clear Instructions

• Needle
• Awl
• Hole Punching Cradle (or your favorite hole punching set-up)
• Pencil
• Bone Folder or Folding Rib
• PVA or other adhesive
• Glue Brush

We've done the hard work for you. The leather is hand-beveled on the edges for a softer, more finished look and the spine has been hand-grooved so that the book will close nicely.

This kit comes in your choice of 4 beautiful colors. The natural is light so that you can paint or stamp with darker colors. The darker leathers are great for stamping with light colored inks, especially fabric inks.
